Understanding geology means reading the landscape: relief, exposure and the nature of the rocks that make up the subsoil. Around the Saint-Andelain hillock, this geological walk invites you to discover the formation of the landscapes and terroirs of the Pouilly Fumé appellation. An essential key to understanding the diversity of Pouilly wines. This 6 km geological walk, led by the Association des Géologues du Centre Loire, ends with a tasting of Pouilly Fumé wines. Meet at 9.30am at the Belvédère in Saint-Andelain. Registration required at La Tour du Pouilly Fumé.
