Halfway between a natural grotto and an underground quarry, this unique, timeless site highlights the exceptional potential of our terroirs. A wine estate since 1996, it is dedicated to the emblematic grape varieties of the Sancerre appellation. In this workshop, our teams will focus on the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Through a blind tasting, your senses will be challenged to perceive nuances, compare expressions and interpret the different characteristics that make our terroirs so unique. The three terroir wines will be tasted, and two cuvées will serve as the guiding thread for this exploration, in a moment that is at once sensory, instructive and convivial.
